2 Matches Weekly- Match format- 3 games straight to 25. Rally scoring. (No time limit)
Tournament- single elimination, best of 3, games to 30, win by 2 (no cap)

USA Volleyball rules will apply. Double contact on 1st ball and serve is allowed.
