Interest:    I have a great interest in sports and physical fitness.  I have a good background in Anatomy and Physiology, which allows me to train and understand a safe and correct way to train.  Nutrition is a vital importance to any training program so I also take special interest in trying to get a firm understanding of what is essential to the body.

Specialty:    I am big fan of the Volleyball game and have been playing for numerous years in the Adult Leagues both Co-ed and Male.  Jumping is something I truly enjoy and respect and at my best I was able to dunk a Volleyball (unable to palm a basketball) while standing 5’9”.   Till this day Plyometrics is a big part of my personal workout program and I would like to bring my offering to anyone who is willing to learn.  Plyometrics is essential to the game of Volleyball.
