Purchase OVR Membership
In order to be eligible to play in tournaments, all athletes need to be registered in SportsEngine. Once an account is created, that same account will be used their entire Junior Olympic career no mater what club they are with.

Accounts can be created in Sports Engine; Households are made in a parents name. Athletes are then made as members.

Athletes need to purchase the correct INDOOR membership

Accounts need to be AFFILIATED with Spirit Club Volleyball in order for the athletes to be registered with our teams. To do this, click on this link: https://memberships.sportsengine.com/org/ohio-valley-region-ovr/affiliation/spirit-volleyball-club
Attend Scheduled Meet the Teams
This is the 1st organized team activity that occurs for the season. This typically occurs in November. All players are expected to come dressed to play!

Parents- Pay at least 50% of your fees; You will receive papers to fill out and give to your coach when you return; Parents are asked to leave and come back 15 minutes before the end of the session.

Players- Get fitted for Jersey size, spandex and warmups

Players will get on the court to meet their team and play
Attend Scheduled Practices
Practices for National, Elite and American teams will typically start in December, take a break for the holidays and then resume the 1st week of January.​​

Practice for Regional teams will start in January.

Dates and times for scheduled practices will be posted on the team's page on the website.
Attend Picture Day
Picture Day will typically fall in January for all teams.. This will be a scheduled dates for all athletes to pay the other half of their fees as well as receive uniforms. Team and individual pictures will be taken and then teams will scrimmage.
