Try-outs
Prior to attending Spirit South try-out, every athlete (Including those who have signed an early contract) must complete and submit the Tryout Registration form below.
If you are new to Spirit or did not sign a contract, and you are attending the first tryout date, there will be a tryout fee of $15. Online payment is available below.
2nd Tryouts are only intended for those who were unable to attend the first tryout date. 2nd tryout dates are limited.
If you are new to Spirit or did not sign a contract, and you are attending the 2nd tryout date, there will be a tryout fee of $20. Online payment is available below.
All tryout fees that are paid at the door the day of tryouts will be an additional $5.
Tryout fees are non-refundable without 24hr notice.

AFTER TRYOUTS
Thank you for trying out for SPIRIT Volleyball Club!
We understand that some of the girls are nervous about the outcome of the tryouts.
To find out if you are invited to become a part of the SPIRIT family, follow these steps:

Go to our website, SPIRITVBC.COM

Go to the “Invited Players” button (If your name is on this page you are invited to play for Spirit Volleyball)

To accept your invitation, hit the accept button at the top of the page

Once you have accepted your invitation your name will change to Pink. It will also be added to our Accepted Players page.
American and Regional Level players will have 10 days to decide whether or not to accept the invitation.
2022-2023 Girl’s Tryout Dates and Acceptance Signing Deadlines

Some players might be invited to join a National Team. National Team tryouts have been granted a shorter acceptance period. That period is 3 days, 72 hours to accept our invitation to join our National team.

You can make your decision as early as you want. After you accept, please let the other clubs you tried out for know your decision as a courtesy.

Once you accept an invitation, you cannot tryout for another club (this is an OVR Rule). Accepting the invitation has to be done by physically signing a contract, e-mail or electronic signature. A verbal message is no longer accepted.
Once your athlete has accepted their contract, the first team event they will be required to attend is their Meet the Team. Additional details on the dates and times, will be announced.

Practices for Elite / American Teams will start Dec. 5, 2022 for two weeks. They will start up again on Jan 2, 2023.
Practices for Regional Teams will start on Jan 2, 2023.
